After a painting by Dominic Serres "Defeat of the Dutch Fleet, 3 June 1665"; the scene supported by medallions depicting Prince Rupert, the Duke of York and the Earl of Sandwich; the whole surmounted by a cartouche depicting Britannia crowned by Victory; published by R. Bowyer, Feb. 1795. Later gold wood frame with French mat. Very good condition.
