The mahogany top with step front above an ebonized detail and six mahogany drawers; each centered by a playful gilt bronze escutcheon in Chinoiserie motif; flanked by carved wood ebonized female caryatids with gilt accents; the whole raised on ebonized and gilt wood lion's paw feet. Very good condition.Provenance: From the private property of an Austrian family of nobility.
